Their kitchen is run with minimal harm to the environment by the implementation of composting, recycling, bulk purchasing, Green Power, water saving devices, and energy efficient lightbulbs. In addition The Red Kitchen provides 100% certified organic bio-plates, and other products such as cutlery and cups are made from either bamboo, cornstarch or sugarcane. They also use 100% biodegradable and compostable cling wrap, which is composted after use.
