In addition The Red Kitchen provides 100% certified organic bio-plates, and other products such as cutlery and cups are made from either bamboo, cornstarch or sugarcane. 

They also have a fabulous space in Port Kembla serving great organic coffee, cakes, treats and gourmet toasties.
